Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund accordingly.
Non-Refundable Based on Personal Preference
Refunds will not be issued due to personal preferences, such as:

Sizing Issues
No Returns for Sizing Problems
Returns are not accepted for sizing issues. However, customers may request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability) or choose another product from our website.
Exchange Request Time
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase or order receipt must be provided

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchange Procedure

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers must first send the item back to our warehouse.
After receiving the returned item:

Our team will conduct a quality check (QC).

If the product meets our return conditions, the replacement item will be dispatched.
Customers may use any courier service of their choice to return items. RSA Apparels is not responsible for items lost during transit.
If the returned package is damaged, improperly packed, or shows signs of careless handling, the exchange request may be rejected and the parcel will be returned to the sender.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and the exchange will be processed within 24–48 hours after approval.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–6 working days

Payments will be returned to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional processing time may be required by your payment provider.
